Madden 25 can't launch from PC client. Mostly people from steam but discussions and reviews about the game have been BRUTAL over the last week and a half with people chiming in left and right saying they can't launch (myself included). Real shame I wasn't able to play during legends weekend with LTD AP, BLITZ, and now likely wont be able to play zero chill either. PLEASE FIX THIS IM BEGGING.
To add on to this, I've tried every troubleshooting method you could think of. Uninstall-Reinstall, run as admin, checking for updates, uninstalling-reinstalling steam and ea app, and checking the anti-cheat for updates. I even went so far as to completely factory reset my PC to try to get it to work and still nothing. At this point I'd have to assume it's something with the game files itself and would need an update.
Cloud save issue on EAs part. You should be able to refund but youll loose ultimate team progress if you buy the game back. For the rest of us affected by this glitch I'd assume we'd get some sort of MUT make-right or some sort of compensation from EA. I am so lost on how there hasn't been a fix yet. I believe they just lost a bunch of game save files on PC players, and there are trying to find a way to restore them but there isn't a way. If they come out with a fix I think we will loose all of our progress. So if you want you can refund the game and buy the game on a new EA game and just restart.
