Madden 25 not loading showdown

Hey, follow up on this. Some work was done on the backend. Can you check each mode and let us know which ones still do not work for you?

It's still just showdown. League works. MUT Works. H2H as well. I tried everything possible. Been playing h2h

@IamPyroh Ive let the team know about it. Thre is a lot happening with the hurricane and weather, updates are a bit slower than they normally would be!

If you can, please provide us with the below.

We ask that you be as detailed as you can with these. We want to forward as much information as we can over to the team!

• If you start a new superstar can the new superstar enter superstar showdown?
• What specific error are you getting, and at what point are you getting it?
• If the new superstar works for you, what are the differences in the games now vs when you got the error?
• Did you change any content in the game such as gear, uniform, etc?
• Can you change your avatar and check to see if that lets you in without errors?
• If you are able to access this mode and jump into matches, do you have crossplay turned on?
