Madden 25 not loading showdown
I can't load into showdown, league works, h2h works, but anytime I load into showdown, it says unknown error I need EA support please I reset router, game, re installed. Just a bug on my account it...

We are looking to get more info from those who are still running into an issue.
If you can, please provide us with the below.
We ask that you be as detailed as you can with these. We want to forward as much information as we can over to the team!
- If you start a new superstar can the new superstar enter superstar showdown?
- What specific error are you getting, and at what point are you getting it?
- If the new superstar works for you, what are the differences in the games now vs when you got the error?
- Did you change any content in the game such as gear, uniform, etc?
- Can you change your avatar and check to see if that lets you in without errors?
- If you are able to access this mode and jump into matches, do you have crossplay turned on?
@EA_Shepard no I can not enter with a new build. And I didn't change any grear or anything. After my match was over I got kicked out the lobby and it said "unknown error has occurred. Please try again" I also tried changing avatar and that didn't work. My crossplay is always on even before this became a issue
