- 8 months ago@EA_Barry all the above has been completed a week ago, this is not an effective response. This is not an individual issue, this group issue. My system is way about the minimum requirements needed too.

There are lots of other people reporting this issue on other threads as well. Most of us completed all these steps with no luck. Many of us spent hours performing clean installs of Windows only to reinstall the EA (Cr)App and Madden only to experience the exact same issue. To suggest that we need Windows updates or that our systems that have been running the game for months without a problem don't meet the system requirements is completely disingenuous. I am surprised you didn't tell us to reboot. How about someone acknowledges the issue? Tell us you are working on a fix? Let us know how you plan to reimburse us for the Madden points and season passes we purchased and now we can't use, or the EA Play Pro subscriptions we continue to pay for despite the fact we can't play the one EA game we play? I won't hold my breath. The one part of the system EA actually cares about - their ability to collect my money - is working just fine.

I just tried all of the steps that you provided and nothing has worked. I believer there was a bug in the new update for pc gaming.

Apologies for delayed response here.
Assuming your hardware meets the minimum requirements, please try the following:
- Steam: Verify files - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
- EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair
If the issue remains after repair/verify, a full uninstall and reinstall may be the way to go.
Thanks.
