Madden 25 points purchased on a separate account
I have purchased madden 25 points today on my main ea account but the game was purchased on a different PSN account. Would this cause them not to show up yet?

If you purchased Points on your EA account through the EA app and you play the game on PlayStation, you will not receive the points on PlayStation. You need to purchase them on the specific platform that you play the game on. In case you made the purchase via EA app by mistake, you can contact EA Help Support to request a refund.
