Madden 25 scrolling glitch

Hi I have just bought the ea play pass and have installed fc24 and madden 25 but I have played both games and they have a glitch were when u load on it is like I am holding the up button on my controller making my menu go crazy to the point I can’t even click onto any of the game modes 

if u can help me pleasssseee Becuase I am wasting my 1 month payed membership
