Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Franchise, if possible could we get the following info?

 

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
