madden 25 startet nicht

I have the following problem, when I try to start Madden 25, it loads the game normally, but after a short while an error message appears. I will attach a screenshot of this.

As you can see in the screenshot, I have the option of restarting the app (ea app) or quitting the whole thing.

but no matter what I do it doesn't help, the problem persists.

Even a complete uninstall + reload and install didn't help-

A repair via the app was also unsuccessful.

Hence the question as to whether anyone has had/has a problem like this or knows a solution to the whole thing.
