Madden 25 stuck searching for h2h opponent

For past 2 days, on Xbox One, H2H is stuck while searching for opponent. Just spins and spins. We've tried rebooting, unplugging, checking internet connection, etc. Any fixes?

same here; Madden is the most poorly managed game on Xbox One. The worst performing of all
