Madden 25 Superstar Mode Soft Lock On Loading Screen After Deleting QB

I am having an issue in Madden 25 Superstar Mode. After deleting my superstar character and making a new one, the game will soft lock on a loading screen before getting to the combine. If you try to restart the game afterwards, you can click on "The League" and it will start loading but then it will kick you back out to the menu after about 5 seconds and will keep repeating no matter how many times you try. I simply wish these new games actually went through a full bug testing phases to fix these issues before release for the single player users. I already know if this issue was found on MUT, it would be fixed within an hour. 

I really only play madden for the superstar/single player mode so now I have a $70 digital brick sitting on my hard drive and a hole in my wallet.

The cherry on top of all of this, even after submitting 2 support tickets pleading otherwise; I am ineligible for a refund even though as of writing this I am still within the 24hr return window. Just disappointing really. Either fix your game or make it right, that's how you build a respected fanbase and encourage your customers to be loyal to your brand.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just fed up with the money hungry, investor favored world we're in.
