Madden 25 won't let me connect. Error code on quick match. CE-108255-1

I can access everything on the game except online quick matches. Every time I'm in the quick match lobby, the game stops, sends me to the report problem screen, and I have to restart. I've done all they told me to fix and nothing works. Is it rhe Madden 25 disc or corrupted data.
