Madden Crashes on Splash Screen

    Hi everyone, 

    Thanks for following up with us on this. It's good to hear that you're able to launch the game again! 

    We did make some changes last night that look to have fixed the issue that was causing this to happen. I haven't heard if there are any plans for a make-good. If I do see any news on that I'll follow up here and let you know. 

    We appreciate you bearing with us while we worked to get this fixed!

I am also having the same issue.. it was working fine 2 days ago. I tried opening the game last night and got the same issue you are having.. extremely frustrating.

@abooothatswho EA can put out new content to spend money on every other day no problem.. but when it comes to actual bugs and game crashes and the game having issues; silence lol. Do better EA, or you’re going to start losing customers soon

    @abooothatswho Bro this is BS EA is taking money from people and ignoring people who are having issues. I've spent so much on MUT and guess what.. cant get it figured out. I
    now know why i stopped playing these games. because EA's lack of involvement within their own community makes me sick to have even given them the amount of money i did.

      It’s been almost 2 weeks now and I haven’t been able to log on at all.. the folks in here telling us to calm down and that it won’t speed it up don’t seem to understand that regardless.. it’s not speeding up. I’m sure we have all spent a lot on not just this Madden but all the previous ones. 

      It’s insane that we haven’t heard a single thing about it too.. just the basic “we’re working on it”. This should be the number one priority on the developers plates. 

      If this isn’t fixed by Friday, I refuse to buy anymore packs, no matter how good the offer is, from EA. Let them find someone else to use, I suggest everyone here do the same.

        Also thinking about cancelling EA Play pro at this point. I’ve been a consumer with EA for YEARS now. Literally over 5 years.. like that is INSANE. The amount of money I’ve given EA for Apex and Madden.. and you’re telling me it’s taking you 2 weeks to work on this? This is a billion dollar company, someone should be investigating what really happens during these developer meetings lmfao.

      @Avaholic69 We are just going to have to try and stay positive and trust they will make it right. Compensation included. Bills get prorated for time lost. I pay a monthly fee on top of card depreciation on top of time lost and I couldn't even grind for the okereke. I'm a life long colts fan. Couldn't even grind for him. There's just so much we've lost out on and I'm sick about it. Don't even get me started on the missing out of the blitz offers!
