Madden Crashes on Splash Screen

    Hi everyone, 

    Thanks for following up with us on this. It's good to hear that you're able to launch the game again! 

    We did make some changes last night that look to have fixed the issue that was causing this to happen. I haven't heard if there are any plans for a make-good. If I do see any news on that I'll follow up here and let you know. 

    We appreciate you bearing with us while we worked to get this fixed!

nah fr... it might just come in few days tho usually how it is... they took away my premium pass tho so i definetly feel like this whole issue was caused from purchasing the field pass

    @Siggertron I hadn't purchased the field pass when it happened to me, for me it was the 1600 points bundle, the minute it was purchased the game stopped working and an EA advisor removed it from my account and then I could open the game so it was definitely about that for me at least
