Madden NFL 25 Wont Launch With EA Play Pro

so when ever i launch ea madden NFL 25 i have it through. xbox but i also pay for MADDEN NFL 25 through the EA PLAY PRO it cost a bit extra through game pass .... the game wont launch i talked to h...
