Missing BHM Welcome Pack

Did not recieve my BHM welcome pack for my upgradeable player. Its the second day now where im missing daily challenges for upgrade tokens for that pack. WHAT A JOKE!!! Why do i still buy this game they cant even give free packs to everyone which should be easy not like they havent done it for years after taking my money FIX IT EA!
