Missing Content

I didn't receive the rewards I rightfully earned. I just logged into Madden and was ready to claim my ranked reward for reaching the Top 100 this season. I expected to receive the 99 Minkah Fitzpatrick, but to my surprise, I got Kyle Van Noy instead. I'm reaching out for assistance on this issue, and I've included a picture to support my case.
