Missing Mut Rewards

Ive had MUT rewards for a couple years now and have been at the top threshhold the whole time but have never received any types of rewars either year?

I honestly thought MUT rewards, didnt reward anything anymore. Cant say Ive seen anything gifted in the last 2 years either.

suarayy If there is an issue with the account, it would be on their end to escalate or handle it. Community Managers don't resolve account issues. We are not support. We handle contacts here and with studio teams. Sadly posting here would only do anything if we were submitting a bug to the team.
