Missing player earned from set
Earned a player from a set then the games servers glitched and sent me to the main menu when I went back in the game took my players and the earned set card looking for any help possible

I did this and the chat guy I was paired with told me he couldn’t help me and to go to the forums lol this is crazy zero compensation for over a million lost

Community Manager@JohnMartin9902 Was there a reason they said they could not help? Sending players here doesn't do much unless you have to bug report something or have typical technical issues. AHQ isn't a support avenue which is why we don't assist with missing content/
I attached images of the conversation seems like a blatant attempt at brushing me off to try and avoid fixing the issue
