Hello ea I have been trying to change my email all day. I watched over an hour of MCS cup on twitchI got all the rewards, but I tried to redeem them and it went through, but I haven’t opened the packs if you could look through my pack and my current packs you would see they’re not there. I was wondering if I could change my email and get my rewards as I was supposed to.
Community ManagerYtt6y5 If you mean to change the account they are on, we cannot. We don't have the ability to change which account or game they are on. If you have more than one platform linked to the EA account, e.g., Steam/Xbox/PS - it is first come first served, so you can log into any of those and open them. We cannot remove and grant them.
If rewards are just missing from the account in general, that is a live support issue but they cannot grant them to an account of your choosing either.
