MUT Auction House Not Working

I just found out the hard way the Madden Store in MUT is broken. I made a purchase but can’t buy anything. EA told me they know about this and keep letting people make purchases. EA is getting turned into the better business bureau for taking money for a broken product that won’t provide services rendered. 

Fix your game EA. You know it was broken since September and it’s October and you’re still ripping people off! 

This make right will need to be huge to get me back.
