MUT Coins Disappearing

I’ve made quite a bit of coins on Madden 25 so far. For PS5, the coin balance and point balance disappears. I haven’t been able to see or tell how many coins or points I have. I’ve tried closing app and leaving MUT & nothing works. Right now I can’t buy store or auction house items due to this issue.
