My welcome pack is missing.

I completed all of my challenges for the all star athletes event and got to the max level but i am 9/10 tokens , i just found out that i was supposed to receive a welcome pack which i did not receive. I tried many ways to get the welcome pack but none worked and i have seen other reports on not getting welcome packs to.

The pack that i am missing is the All star athletes welcome pack that contains a token and pat mcaffe.
