Need help. EA Help referred me here for issues from EA server going down

Trying to find help as EA server issues are giving me loss in solo events after the win and splash screen come up as well as I am not getting rewards or movement in ranking

Sweetness3424 are you getting that general cannot connect to servers error? 
Are you actually winning the match but it gives you a loss anyways with an error or just a loss?
