Not receiving packs for Premium Team Pass

I have the same problem and EA "Help", after making me want to beat my head on the wall, told me to go on these forums and upvote the issue so someone can actually fix it. What a rip off. I haven't received a single midfield pack during the whole team pass and I just got to level 40.
