Online Franchise Trade Decline Glitch

I am in an Online Franchise with no adjustments to the rules/settings. I am trying to trade Nick Bosa,  from the 49ers, to the Cardinals for Kyler Murray. There also is a draft pick involved in the trade. Both members (myself [49ers user] and Cardinals user) have sent, resent, and accepted the trades from each other but Madden keeps reporting the trade as "declined" and the trade won't go through. We can currently trade anything that doesn't involve Bosa, and the salary cap isn't an issue because Madden allows us to send the trade and press the button to accept it. Is there any way to fix this or work around it? Please let me know if you need additional details. Thanks.
