Players disappeared

Every 2rd or 4th game playing online franchise, all the players disappear. When u look players up to edit them, play the weekly trainings, and when you play the game. The football moves but no players appear. You have to close out the game completely, then load it back up and then everything works again. This is especially frustrating because I have team builder teams and it takes awhile to load back up. Things just disappear. Same with custom pkaybooks. They just vanish. Until you reboot. This has been an issue all year. Only happens online...never offline. SURE WISH WE COULD USE TEAMBUILER TEAMS OFFLINE LIKE IT WAS ADVERRISED PRUOR TO LAUNCH.
