Please please please help-No Voice Chat!!!

I simply have no option for voice chat in my accessibility/volume settings. The option for voice chat simply isn’t there at the bottom of the menu where it should be. I had this exact same problem with Madden 24. When I saw the same issue with Madden 25, I immediately refunded the game. Not playing it anymore until I know how to fix this issue. Does anyone else have this problem? EA???? Not only do I not have the option for voice chat, but I’m forced to listen to my opponent, I can’t turn off their chat. So it’s the worst of both worlds lol. It’s a game ruining issue for me. Please advise if anyone knows what to do, I do enjoy Madden but won’t play it again until I can fix this issue. Playing on Xbox Series X. 

I’ve checked my EA settings, no parental controls. I’m an adult and am the only person that’s ever played on my console. My mic is not muted, I play Call of Duty and PGA Tour 2k everyday, never had a single issue with my mic. I don’t even have the option for voice chat from the moment I download the game, it’s supposed to be at the bottom of the menu below Menu SFX, and it simply isn’t there. Please help, I’m about ready to just give up on Madden forever and enjoy the other games I play which would be a shame. Please help!
