Quick play H2H online gives me option to face friends, no online rank gameplay

Post says it all. Everything is enabled but it will only allow me to search for friends and does not give me the option for online H2H ranked. Tried everything, it worked until today.

Same thing here, and I've had it happen before.   Somehow I ended up back at the point where you need 5 games to be ranked.
