I have this issue also. I recently installed Madden 25 on PS5. I let it install and didn't try to play until the next morning. Booted it up this morning and everything is locked. There's nothing updating or installing. This is crazy.
I’m also having this problem. I own a physical game disk and have played since Christmas with no issues, but after the update today all game modes and news are locked. I have never used any online play, so I can’t imagine I violated any terms of service.

Madden NFL 25 is under maintenance right now, which means you can’t play online.
Once maintenance is complete, you should be good to go.

No, you can play offline franchise mode with no issues.
I can’t access any of the game modes on Madden. It says they are locked and when I try to do anything it says I don’t have access to the game modes. Please fix this

I had purchased the game whilst it was on offer with a 60% discount. However after not playing the game for some weeks or so, I tried playing today and now have seen I don’t have access to any of the game modes. I don’t know if anyone is experiencing anything similar with the game currently?
This is not true for me right now. Everything is completely locked on gameplay. Can’t even click on franchise to select offline or load my offline franchise.

I am having this same issue currently. I have deleted and redownloaded the app. The companion app allows me to sign in, but as soon as I tap leagues, it says “access restricted.” Help?
Hi I just loaded up the new install and update from season 4 to season 5 on madden 25 and now my MUT tab is completely gone and I know for a certainty I have not broke any rules whatsoever todays date is 01-08-25

Been locked all morning, it’s ridiculous. They can’t update anything with out making 10 more problems. They won’t respond on this either!🤷🏻🤷🏻

In a connected franchise right now about 5 years deep, a couple of our users cannot get into the Franchise due to team builder error! Will there be an update to fix this? We do not want to delete the league and start over!

I have a friend that just got online. He went to Madden 24 then as it was loading and switched back to Madden 25 and he is in plan. I don’t feel like doing all that hurry up and fix this crap or give us a refund
