Re: Game crashes in Superstar mode after the last update

No it’s still not fixed. And it’s 10x more frustrating because all they need to do is offer the original version of the game without the patch. 

If one single person at EA had played half a game of Superstar mode while testing this patch they’d have realized it was broken. But why test anything, right?  Just roll it out and then gaslight the customers into thinking they need to clear their cache or that it’s a user or hardware error for 6 days before finally acknowledging that there is an issue but not giving a timeframe on a fix(which…again….just undo the patch for God’s sake)

Meanwhile the Twitter team is just posting nfl memes and taking about new Burrow face scans while everyone is in the comments asking about the crashes. 

I’m generally not a big complainer but this is unacceptable. 

@SpookzeusTo release another update and not even acknowledge this issue or that they're working on a fix is inexcusable. Then you have the gall to continue posting nonsense about ratings on Twitter and promoting MUT cards while you have a core game mode that is completely UNPLAYABLE. It's insulting to see them preaching to MUT fans about how hard they're working to fix that mode's problem and then going radio silent for superstar.

Completely unacceptable and at this point I want my money back.

I haven’t logged into this account in years, but this is the first time I bought a Madden game since 2007. I now understand why people have been complaining about this franchise for so long. It’s frustrating to see that a major bug like this hasn’t been addressed with a hotfix yet.

I don’t usually voice my frustrations on forums or Reddit, but this is just ridiculous. The game crashed again just now in the middle of a Superstar game.

P.S. I don’t see a reply button on the thread, so I apologize to the user quoted if this is not the ideal way to address this issue. Please fix this problem!

I think im going to give it until this weekend and then log a complaint with the better business bureau if it isn’t fixed by then. 

its bad business to offer a hollow “great game guarantee” and then “patch” the game and make it unplayable after the refund window has closed. 

I think the community has been patient and understanding enough considering how big a problem it’s causing
