i’m on xbox series x and they are on ps5 but it’s franchise mode so i don’t really know them it’s a random franchise but the problem also happens when i try to load an online game

It’s not a user issue bro it’s EA. It stopped working right after they posted their update last Tuesday. Everyone in my leagues are having this issue along with the thousands of people I see on the madden Facebook pages I’m in. 

the only time we get a response is someone advising us to update our game as if we wouldn’t try that before coming here. They keep asking which system is having issues when the answer is both are having the issue. They just released an update two hours ago but ppl are still having the issue… so what was their focus?? Lol
