Definitely happened after I purchased the battle pass for the current season. Spent many points before and after I closed game out that day couldn’t get back in

Ok where can I contact them
Just talked to support via EA help. They said they will take this to the developers. I think they know now at least. Until then I think we just have to wait. Hopefully they do some sort of make rights for this.
I'm in for $1474.99 and over 900 hours. They don't care. Two guys in here got their battle pass refunded and say it fixed it. The rest of us keep saying developers are working on it. Who knows what the truth is at this point.

had one just send me to a different person. Another suggested i get a console.
