Deluxe that came with both an Xbox S/X version and the Xbox One version. Already tried to reinstall and that didn't do the trick

Are you gamesharing by chance? If not, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

I'm also having this issue. The game is completely unplayable on both the Xbox One S and the Xbox One X due to this.

I have a problem with the Home Screen of the game. No matter what option I select it flashes and stays  on the Home Screen. Madden 25 Xbox one version.
