Everytime I load up madden 25 it kicks me out around when it says “press any button to start.” I tried to go on a different account that doesn’t have me preorder content and it works on the other account. But it’s not working on the account with the MVP preorder content.

It's a server issue. You have to go offline. No Internet to enter madden 25 xbox old Gen. I have the same problem. Turned the internet off and it worked.
It's a temp fix for now.
Okay after doing my own “testing” this is what I found so far. The crashes are ONLY linked to your EA account. Because I had my friend sign in with his gamertag along with his EA account on my console and Madden Xbox One game loads up no crashes at all.
I then used a second controller to sign in with my account on same console but it crashes once I hit RT to sign into my EA account.
I don’t want to unlink my EA ACCOUNT because I don’t want to lose progression from other games etc.
Is there anyone that can report this higher up because it’s the same issue as last year?
If I unlink my ea account and link a new one to my Xbox profile will I still get the mvp preorder content
@Rangers306 it's a issue with online modes. Only the ones that don't need internet work.
I might just refund the game it’s not working
Have you tried unlinking ea account and making new ea account ?
