Regular H2H NOT MUT H2H

Does anyone know why I can play online using MUT but when I try to just play the regular online H2H it says "servers can not access your request at this time"? It is VERY frustrating for me because I don't play MUT. I **bleep** playing with the regular teams. Haven't been able to access regular H2H since before Christmas. I miss playing. HELP PLEASE!
