Says I need to upgrade to full version?

I pre ordered the mvp bundle with Madden 25 and college football 25. I played regularly for a while but haven't played in a few months. Now that the game is available on game pass with ea access a few of my friends installed so I got back on to play woth them but it says I need to upgrade to the full version and will only allow me to play one of my superstars that i made previously and won't allow me to access any of my superstar careers i had built up or even start a new one. I have un-installed and re installed. Also when trying to reinstall it shows I have to buy the mvp bundle instead of saying I own this. What is going on and how do I fix this
