Solo Battle Rewards being withheld

I completed the Solo Battles to get 250,000 points and the Solo Legends pack reward but I haven't gotten it yet. I've checked marketplace and haven't seen it in unopened packs either. Can I get help to resolve this? This game is bad enough without you moronic devs withholding progress completion rewards
