Solo Challenge and Solo Battles error "Our Servers Cannot"

Every time I try to play solo challenges or solo battles in Madden 25, the game says, "our servers cannot process your request", it's been like that for days, what should I do? Please help. BTW i'm on PS4

Hey @Madshr07

If you are able to enter MUT, try generating a new lineup. If this continues we can also try the following steps:

Make sure you have the latest software update.

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.

Perform a power cycle.

I've started having the same error for the past 2 days. I've restarted several times.

How is this marked as solved?? Nothing of the above mentioned "tips" are working. I am still having this issue! Any REAL solution?
