Spike ball after every play

Playform - PC

Game - Madden 25

Gamemode - all full game versions

Controller - wireless xbox

When I am playing, if I complete a play that doesn't stop the clock, when the paly ends, I automatically go to a spike play.

Orignally I thought the issue was with the controller, but I have tried multiple different controllers and getting the same issue.

I have rand the Xbox Accessory tool and it doesn't detect any button presses that would allign with a spike ball play being called.

I have updated the controller and still getting no difference.

I have also tried connecting the controller by wire instead of wireless and still no change.

Theres also nothing leaning on the keyboard or mouse that might trigger a button press.

From what I can see the controller is not triggering the button press for a spike play.

I have looked through some other forum entries but nothing seems to resolve/be the same as the situation

Would appreciate some assistance.
