Start at Level 10

I had preordered the Bundle of CFB 25 & Madden 25, got to level 47 on CFB 25 Ultimate Team and went to play Madden 25 Ultimate Team today. I don’t have any way to upgrade to level 10. The set says 0/...

    • Which platform are you on?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Does this only happen in one game mode?
    • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

  • Are you getting an error message? No just no card available to collect.
  • Does this only happen in one game mode? In the sets.
  • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
