Superstar Issues when deleting a superstar to start over.

I am having an issue in Madden 25 Superstar Mode. After deleting my superstar character and making a new one, the game will soft lock on a loading screen before getting to the combine. If you try to restart the game afterwards, you can click on "The League" and it will start loading but then it will kick you back out to the menu after about 5 seconds and will keep repeating no matter how many times you try.
