Superstar mode and 99 rating.

I sure hope madden 26 has fixed this issue. Everytime I achieve the 99 overall rating with my player, the rating only last for about 5 games every time I level up it drops back down to a 93 to 95 rating. Eventually when all your abilities are maxed out and you have no place to put the SP points you've earned for playing good you're just stuck with your player have a 93 rating. I could understand if I was losing or not achieving the goals in the quest. This is not the case ive won several suoerbowls and always complete every in game goal. Does anyone else experience this same issue?.
