Unfortunately there is still no fix for this I believe many of us are having the same issue, really hope they do something about it soon 

Still an issue. Let’s hope for an acknowledgment or resolution this week and continue commenting until we have one!

Yup, issue continues to persist.  Teams I made a few weeks ago are fine, but those made in the last week or so get the error message when trying to download.
