Token upgradable players cannot add token to upgrade players

@IPITTYDAFOOL408 this token is needed to upgrade the players to 83. so you need to do the challenges first to get the 3 "regular" tokens and then you can use this token. took my a while til i found the information on the backside of the token.

    This is actually incorrect.  The verbiage does indeed say this, but once you have the item up to an 82, it still does not allow you to put the token in to take it to 83, so the card/token is indeed glitched……..
