If you are still missing content from having played CF25 I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at your account.

Go to the EA Help homepage.

Select Madden NFL 25

Select the "See all help topics"

Select the option I'm looking for something I bought

You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

Hey @xXXMcNasty619XxX to confirm if you close and relaunch Madden 25, can you go back to the set and confirm if you can exchange it?

That is correct. I've tried closing both games, then re-launching and still didn't recieve the XP token in Madden 25

Seeing how this issue IS NOT going to be resolved by the time S2 starts and since I've already maxed out my S1 XP how will I be reimbursed?
