@MR_RAINEY143 Hey, so when these issues happen, we can assist in troubleshooting the technical issues but we cannot grant games/wins/loses to an account. There is not currently a way to do so.

Every time I go into H2H I get this error message and it boots me out of the game. Have done all of the line up resolutions and nothing works! Help! Gamer tag is Darlo_Matt90 and I'm on PS5

Im having trouble connecting with Ea servers for the last 2 days. Ive tried resetting, redownloading, changing my connection and hardwiring. Please advise!

Hello! I just bought and downloaded Madden 25 for my PC through Steam. I am trying to play it now but each time I click on it to play it I get messages about not being connected to the internet. It starts to prepare the game and even gets to the initial loading box thing but then I get a no internet message and can't play the game. Other people have talked about similar issues with other games online and have said that nothing has fixed it. Has anyone else run into this issue with Madden 25?

I was loading into my conference championship game and it was against a Playstion player (i am on Xbox) he backed out of the game because it never loaded and it counted as a lost. I have streaming video proof. I want the game to not be recorded as a lost

Been this way for hours. Shame
