Unable to Download Created Team from TeamBuilder

As the title says, I'm unable to preview or download a new team no matter how detailed or undetailed from the Madden 25 TeamBuilder website to my PS5 Pro, even after I delete all files from my system...

Those look sick man, how did you get them all lined up like that ? If I can figure it out ill show you all the unis I did.

I just took screenshots and pasted them into Powerpoint then took another screenshot. quick and dirty but it works.
