Unable to Link EA Account with Twitch - Request for Assistance

Dear EA Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’m facing with linking my EA account to my Twitch account. Previously, my EA account was connected to a different Twitch account that no longer exists. As a result, I am unable to connect my new Twitch account. I’ve already opened two cases about this issue, but unfortunately, it has not been resolved yet.

One of your representatives mentioned that the back-office team needs to cancel the old link between my EA and Twitch accounts to allow me to link the new one. I am attaching the error message I’m receiving for your reference.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I have Madden 25 Twitch drops to collect.
