Thanks for the additional info! Can we try a few steps first based on your platform and let us know if this continues?

- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
