Yeah that sucks man. I also received the wrong reward. I wanted the Ricky Pearsall card (ELITE Version) and ended up getting his HERO version. I've spoken the their live that and have a pending case. Apparently they're supposed to reach out to me with a solution. I'm not sure how confident I am I'll get the player that I earned over 2 weeks ago.
How do you reach out to them LIVE? I can’t get ahold of anyone.
